REFUNDS
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund:
We offer full refunds only for products found to be faulty.
Change of Mind:
Products that have not been used may be returned, but the cost of returning the product is often higher than keeping it. Most suppliers have the following terms:
- Unused products must be returned to the supplier by the consumer at the consumer's expense within 30 days of dispatch.
- The supplier will inspect the product, and any that are in a resalable state can be claimed on. This is entirely at the supplier's discretion, and they assume no responsibility if the product is damaged in transit.
- Any resalable product will be refunded the product's price, less a 25% restocking fee.
Filing a Refund Claim
If you are dissatisfied with any of our services or products, we encourage you to contact us before filing for a refund. We will make every effort to address any issues or concerns regarding your order.

When contacting us, please provide detailed information about your case to expedite the resolution process.
Refund Processing:
If we determine that a refund is appropriate after reviewing your claim, we will calculate the refund amount and contact you within 5 business days to arrange suitable payment for the refund.
Delayed or Missing Refunds:
Refunds typically require 7-10 days for processing from the confirmation date. If you haven't received your refund, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your bank account to ensure the refund hasn't been credited.
2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to appear officially.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be processing delays before the refund is posted.

Updates and Changes to Our Payment & Refund Policy
FLOORING.CO.ZA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our payment and refund policy.
We will post any such changes on this page and notify all existing clients of changes to this policy. Clients can choose whether to accept these changes or discontinue purchasing our services or products.
