FLOORING.CO.ZA returns and cancellation policy:

At FLOORING.CO.ZA, we take pride in offering high-quality  flooring products at great prices. We understand that sometimes, circumstances change and we aim to provide a smooth returns process for our valued customers.


Order refusal and cancellation:
We uphold the right to refuse orders placed under incorrect information, in bad faith, or for commercial purposes. Our judgment guides this decision. Orders suspected of fraudulent activities will also be canceled promptly.


Returns within 14 days:
If you decide to return your order, you can do so within 14 days after the day of delivery for a full refund. Please contact our customer service team to obtain a returns number. Returned goods must be complete, unused and in "as new" sellable condition. Proper packing is essential to ensure the safety of the items during transit. Damaged or incorrectly pack items cannot be accepted back into stock. The cost of the transport of the floor to and from can not be refunded. 


Excess flooring or accessories:
Any leftover flooring or accessories after your installation can be returned for a 15% restocking fee. There will be no returns for trims, screed, underlay, silicone, ect only flooring Please contact our customer service team for assistance in this regard.


Responsibility for returns:
In situations without manufacturing faults, you are responsible for returning the goods to us at your expense. The returned items must be complete, unused and in "as new" sellable condition.


Faulty products:
If products arrive with a manufacturing fault, contact our Customer Services team immediately. We will make necessary arrangements to have the faulty goods replaced.

Order fulfillment:
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your order due to errors or unavailability, our dedicated team will promptly notify you. We prioritize transparency and customer communication. Order cancellations are managed at our discretion, with associated fees like freight, restocking and administration costs, if applicable.


Failed deliveries and additional costs:
If delivery fails due to reasons such as no one being home, refusal of goods, lack of assistance, or order changes/cancellations within 48 hours of delivery, you will be liable for return delivery costs, which vary based on weight, dimensions, and location of the goods.


Avoiding returns:
To avoid returns, consider the following tips:

- Timing your order: Avoid receiving too early; we can hold stock until you're ready to receive it.

- Accurate measurements: Measure your room accurately to prevent over-ordering or insufficient stock.

- Check accessories: confirm accessories match your flooring; contact us for assistance if needed.


Refund restrictions:

Refund, whether partial or complete, are not mandatory after 14 days of ordering. However, we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. Refunds are at the discretion of management. Please ensure returned items meet the following criteria:


- Perfect sellable condition.

- Items in stock and not discontinued.

- Invoice for stock is present with buyer.

- Returned in full packs; partial packs will not be accepted.

- Original packaging to ensure safe transit.
