Sample Orders

Once you've placed your sample order and received your order confirmation, leave it to us! We'll be busy packing your sample box and will express ship your flooring samples to your nominated address. We understand that nobody likes to wait!


Flooring Orders

Exciting news, you're one step closer to your new floors. Once we receive your order, our team will start packing your flooring order for delivery or collection on your specified date. If we can't meet your requested date, our customer service team will get in touch with you. Please note that delivery times for products labeled with Quick Delivery are subject to warehouse availability.


Rug Orders

Great news, you're one step closer to your new rug. Once we receive your order, our team will pick your rug, and we will dispatch your order within 5 business days from the date of the order placement or by the requested delivery/collection date. Please be aware that if the roll is larger than 3m in length, the driver will need assistance unloading your order.


Decor Orders

Exciting news, you're one step closer to new floors. After we receive your order, our team will start packing your flooring for delivery or collection on your specified date. If we can't meet your requested date, our customer service team will contact you.


Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost is based on your postcode and is calculated during checkout. These prices are calculated on size of the order and distance travelled. For any specail request please reach out to us for custom pricing. Please note that we do not deliver or enable collection of orders on Public Holidays or Weekends.


Delivery

It's essential that someone is at home and capable of assisting the driver in unloading your order on the designated delivery day. No specific delivery time can be provided, but we will advise an eight-hour delivery window, and the driver will call an hour in advance before delivery if possible. If no one is present to accept the goods or assist in unloading, or if the delivery is canceled on the scheduled day, you will be charged for the non-delivery and a re-delivery fee. Adequate access must be available for the delivery.


Collection

Ensure you arrive in a suitable vehicle to collect your order and provide adequate strapping to secure your load. Our team reserves the right to refuse loading your order into your vehicle if it's not considered suitable or safe.


What to Expect After Placing Your Order

The day before your delivery, you'll receive an email confirming an expected eight-hour delivery slot for your new purchase.


Stock Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate stock counts, discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock, we'll hold your order until it becomes available and our customer service team will confirm the expected stock availability.


Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated during checkout based on the delivery address. Payment for all delivery services will be processed with the purchase of goods.


Local Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days of order payment. Our warehouses operate Monday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays, when the warehouse will be closed. We aim to minimize shipment delays during such times.


Remote Areas

We can deliver to remote areas; however, shipping costs will be provided upon application. All deliveries must be collected from the on-forwarding carrier's depot. Contact customer service for a quote at 087 012 6110.


Installation

We strongly advise against booking installers until your new floors have arrived. We cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses due to delivery problems or improper acclimatization of the floors.

Introduction

Welcome to FLOORING.CO.ZA, operated by FLOORING COZA PTY LTD (REG: 2018/564003/07 ), trading as FLOORING.CO.ZA. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By using our website and making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.


1. Sales

Our website allows you to view and select products available for purchase. You can proceed to purchase a product through our online payment system, with payment due at the time of checkout. We reserve the right to refuse a sale, alter prices, and modify product offerings as needed.


2. Receipt of Products

When ordering, you'll need to provide necessary details for order generation, invoice preparation, and delivery or click-and-collect arrangements. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors beyond our control. If collecting, we'll notify you of product availability. Products must be collected promptly; otherwise, separate arrangements must be made.


3. Refunds/Returns

All refund, return, or product-related queries should be directed to our customer service. Refer to our returns policy and South African Consumer Laws for detailed information. We are not liable for issues arising from product installation not conducted by our approved agents or contractors.


4. Goods Manufactured to Buyer’s Specification

Where the Company agrees to design and manufacture products to the Buyer’s unique specifications:

  • The Buyer shall indemnify and keep indemnified the Company against any claims, demands, royalties, costs, and expenses arising from any infringement of patents, copyrights, trademarks, or registered designs owned by any person due to the manufacture of goods to the Buyer's specifications.
  • Where no tolerances or materials are specified, the Company may manufacture the goods according to appropriate South African standards or usual trade usage.

- Pricing for products under this clause will be negotiated and set in discussions with the Buyer.


5. Exclusions, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability

The Buyer is responsible for the content entered on the website, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the law. The Company reserves the right to review, edit, or delete inappropriate material.

The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, economic, or consequential loss or damage resulting from the use or reliance upon information found on this website or linked websites. The Company does not guarantee the absence of computer viruses or errors and recommends virus checks on downloaded information.


6. Intellectual Property

The Company’s online site and its contents are protected by copyright. The Buyer is not granted any intellectual property rights and must not use any displayed trademarks.


7. Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining provisions.


8. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and the Buyer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.


9. Privacy

The Company complies with all South African privacy laws and its Privacy Policy.


10. Variation and Violation

These terms and conditions may be varied at any time by the Company. The Company may ban users who violate these terms. Orders by individuals under eighteen (18) years old may be treated as void.
