ITE F30

LEVELiTe® F30 is a high-strength, self-levelling floor screed compound designed for heavy commercial and light industrial applications, achieving a final strength of 25MPa. Specifically formulated to level and smooth rough or uneven sub-floors before installing floor coverings, it works on various surfaces like cementitious screeds, concrete, old adhesive residues, and ceramic. With a curing time of 2 to 3 hours for walking and 24 hours for floor covering installation, it can be applied in thicknesses from 0.3mm to 15mm in one application, with a feathered finish. Resistant to moisture once cured, it remains stable and won't delaminate.

LEVELiTe® F30 can be applied with multiple layers, with BONDiTe® primer between layers for optimal results. Additionally, a bulked-up system can be used by adding gravel to the mix. Approximately 1.4kg of LEVELiTe® F30 per 1mm thickness per m² is required for application. BONDiTe® primer is essential to prevent air bubbles and ensure proper binding.

Available in 20kg bags, LEVELiTe® F30 offers versatility and strength for demanding applications. For thicknesses over 15mm, gravel can be incorporated, or multiple layers can be applied.
