ITE Vaporite

VAPORiTe +PLUS® is a water-based two-part Epoxy Sealer, ideal for creating a moisture barrier on cementitious screeds or concrete surfaces. It's perfect for areas where excess moisture can damage vinyl, rubber, linoleum, textile, or wood flooring. Suitable for porous surface beds and suspended slabs with moisture levels over 3 to 3.5% MC, it offers protection against even higher levels with proper adhesion.

This sealer minimizes vapor or moisture permeation, ensuring subsequent layers of flooring, adhesive, and self-leveling compound remain unaffected. It effectively manages residual substrate moisture, typically below 6%, if not exposed to excessive hydrostatic forces.

VAPORiTe +PLUS® yields approximately 8m²/kg per coat, with two coats recommended for a total of around 4m²/kg for the system. The overall coverage of a 4.5kg pack is approximately 18m², depending on surface porosity and conditions. Note: Consumption is typically higher for the first coat. When using LEVELiTe® self-leveling screed, pair VAPORiTe +PLUS® with iTeSLURRY® as a key promoter.
