ITE F50

LEVELiTe® F50 is a free-flowing, self-levelling floor screed specifically formulated to level and smooth rough or uneven subfloors prior to the application of epoxy coatings or industrial flooring systems.

Its rapid-setting, high-strength composition is ideal for repairing and preparing a variety of subfloor types, including cement/sand screeds and concrete slabs. Once applied, the surface can typically be walked on within 2–3 hours, helping to keep projects on schedule.

LEVELiTe® F50 can be applied from a minimum thickness of 0.4mm up to 15mm in a single application. Coverage is approximately 1.6kg per m² per 1mm thickness. For example, a 20.5kg bag will cover around 4.3m² at an average thickness of 3mm.
For applications exceeding 15mm, multiple layers are recommended, with a coat of BONDiTe® applied between layers to ensure proper bonding. Where required, up to an equal volume of clean, dry, dust-free 3mm graded gravel may be incorporated to create a bulked system.
