ITE FX

LEVELiTe® FX is an express, rapid-set self-levelling floor screed designed for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications, achieving strengths of up to 25MPa. It has been specifically developed to allow for same-day installation of floor coverings, helping to keep projects on schedule.

Suitable for use over cementitious screeds, power-floated concrete, hardened adhesive residues, and well-bonded ceramic or similar surfaces, LEVELiTe® FX delivers a high-strength, reliable base. It is ideal for repairing and smoothing various subfloors, including cement/sand screeds and concrete slabs.

To ensure optimal results, curing must be carefully monitored to avoid premature installation of the floor covering. Use the recommended curing measure from iTe Products® and place it on the surface of the freshly applied screed at regular intervals (approximately every 20 minutes) until the tell-tale discolouration ceases. Once this occurs, it is safe to proceed with flooring installation.

LEVELiTe® FX can be applied from a minimum thickness of 0.3mm up to 10mm in a single application.
